There is a label sewn with the label, "Sephoro". No frayed stitching at seams or bad places. Also has hidden watch pocket right under the front waistband. 100% heavy polyester. Waistband has no belt loops but does have elastic on both sides for comfort. zip placket in front and has hook closure plus button. Very high end. No shine at all on these slacks. No cuffs at the bottom, either.
