I have been amazed at how clean all of these Scales have come in. Scales arrived in well packed boxes looking just as you see it in the pics.The very minimum would be required in cleaning for the new owner. Best of all it seems to be working great. Scale tested against our Fed Ex shipping scale and was a dead on match. We didn't have labels but the Printer responded and advanced as it should when "print" was pushed. Normal cleaning wear off of graphics around screen surround frame. Screen works just as it should but like most does not lock into position. Not sure of the fix but most just use it as it is. These are from a major big box retailer who rotates assets out at set intervals. Machines have been maintained and calibrated by M/T techs while in use. Power cord is included. If being used for retail customer transactions, your County Auditor's office will need to certify this scale. Would be best if machine is cleared of previous owners information Plu's, passwords and sku's. Would always be best if a tech set this up for you and gave it a once over.
