This is a Red Velvet Tin for Candy, Cookies, etc. (#0089). It has a VICTORIAN COUPLE on the COVER. It measures 9 x 8 ½ inches and was the container was made in WESTERN GERMANY. It has some marks on the outer rim and on the bottom.  But the inside is in fairly good condition, please see pix for a complete description.
