All of these are contained inside a sturdy slipcase like box. All books are oversized paperbacks and the case was factory-sealed but I had to open the case carefully to determine the title of the books.

Finally by Carlos Ruiz Zafon comes 'The Shadow of the Wind'. Barcelona, 1945, is a city slowly healing from war wounds while Daniel, an antiquarian book dealer's son mourns the loss of his mother by finding solace in a mysterious book by author Julian Carax. But when he goes in search of other books by the author he finds that they are slowly and systematically being destroyed, copy by copy, and he may well have the last copy in existence. Soon his quest opens a door into  a story of murder, madness and doomed love.
