This is a Plaster Statue of a Shepherd (#0620) It is from the 1960’s and made in Japan.  It stands 7 inches tall with a 2 ¾ inch base.  There is indented lettering on the bottom, but I can’t make it out. It is light weight with a hollow inside.  I believe it is hand-painted. It is in very good condition, please see pix for a complete description.
