This a Vintage Silver-plated Oval Serving Bowl (#0648) It measures 11 ¼ inches by 7 inches and is 1 ½ deep. Its tag states WMF-IKORA Tarnish Resistant: To clean: Merely wipe with a soft damp cloth do not use any abrasives or detergents.  I have no idea why it is marred. #9-8 6456. It has no dents, but there is marring in the silver plate. (Please see pix for a complete description.
