These are 2 Boys Caps with Matching Mittens (#0628).  The blue one is size Infant 12M to 18M and is made of 100% Polyester and was made in China. The hat attaches under the neck with Velcro fasteners. Machine wash cold with like colors. The knit cap is also size infant 12M-18M.  The shell is 100% Acrylic, the lining is 100% Polyester and the decoration is by Bebe also made in China. Sorry one ear on the lion is missing.
