This pattern is Simplicity 6604. The copyright date is 1984. It is cut Size 7. The envelope is in very good condition with a little wrinkling, a very tear at the flap, and a worn top corner.

This pattern is for a shirt, pants, skirt, and vest. The shirt has a button front, mandarin collar, and long button-cuff sleeves. The skirt and tapered pants are gathered to a front waistband with elastic in the back. There are also two front patch pockets. The vest is lined with front buttons and top stitching.
