Vintage original 11x14 in. U.S. lobby card from the silent film comedy THIRTY DAYS, released in 1922 by Paramount Pictures and directed by James Cruze. After
being innocently friendly with an Italian woman (Carmen Phillips), John Floyd (Wallace
Reid) tries to escape the wrath of Giacomo (Herschel Mayall), her jealous
husband, by having himself sentenced to jail for thirty days. But Giacomo also
is sent to jail and both are released at the same time. John explains matters
to his fiancée, Lucille (Wanda Hawley), and Giacomo is put on a ship before he
can harm John.
The image features an interior medium shot inside the home of the handsome young playboy, John Floyd (Wallace Reid), as he hands a flower to his dinner guest, Huntley Palmer (Cyril Chadwick), while Floyd's fiancée, Lucille (Wanda Hawley), cautiously watches the interaction between the two men. It is unrestored in fine+ condition with two or three pinholes in each top corner; a 0.75 in. diagonal crease on the bottom right corner; and two very small circular stains in the bottom half of the left border.
