2 vintage dog books

This listing has two vintage dog/puppy books.  Both are oversized HBs without DJs.

The Little Dog That Would Not Wag His Tail by Edna Groff Deihl was published Sam'l Gabriel Sons & Company in 1922.  Condition: Good Minus--pages show slight handling; there is a light water stain on all the pages along the spine (look carefully at photos 3, 4, and 5: you might be able to see it); there is a name and partial address written inside the front cover in pencil; minor foxing inside the covers and end pages; there is a partial split between the front cover and the front end page; rubbing wear along the covers; lots of wear along the spine (look at the 2nd photo).  No smells and no warping of any of the pages or covers.

My Dog, My Friend in Pictures and Rhyme with illustrations by Sidney Rafilson is A Whitman Giant Tell-a-Tale Book.  It was published in 1966.  Condition: Good--pages show slight handling; no markings; binding tight; wear to the top and bottom of the spine and to the corners of the covers; rubbing wear on the covers (look at the 6th photo).  This is a big book that measures 10 1/4 inches X 12 1/2 inches.
