band needs a link repaired (see 2nd photo the round tab needs to be pressed down) and replating

watch hands are on backwards - the hour hand turns instead of minute hand when setting time.  some oxidation on face of watch #20-28118-N  MADE IN USA.  

Wound-up tight and seized but probably will unseize by releasing the click a bit and let the crown slowly turn in your hand while it unwinds a bit.  

There is a plate covering the click and I am not a watch person. 

I think I hear the balance tick inside when I shake the watch back and forth.
