The pattern is uncut and in original folds.  The instructions are there with tanning.  The envelope is in very good vintage condition with tanning and wear.  The envelope flap is still attached.  Copyright 1975.

There is a 2^nd sheet of instructions that explains that if you can make a hat brim…you can make a collar.  There are pattern pieces for the Hat.  The Hat is a One Size Fits All and does not give a measurement.
