This is a Vintage Santa Christmas Ornament (#2752) Santa is carrying a Christmas Tree and Gifts in A Satchel. It measures approximately 3 ½ inches by 2 ½ wide. There are no markings to identify it further. I do not have the original packaging for them. (Please see pix for a complete description)
