This is a 1981 true first edition/first printing (as shown in the photo) book called GROUNDHOG'S DAY AT THE DOCTOR by Judy Delton and pictures by Giulio Maestro. It is hardcover and published by Parents Magazine Copyright 1981.
This book is in very good condition, binding is so tight I don't think it's been read. There are no bends, writing, finger smears, no tears and no inscription. There is no previous-owner's name and it is NOT an ex-library copy. There is a bit of wear to the corners. The last page and the back cover were attached at the bottom and when they were separated it left a bit of white on the blue. Small stain on number line page. Please check photos for these conditions.
The number line 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 is present which makes it a first edition and according to what I've read Parent's Magazine Press only came out with a number line from Nov. 1977 and later. Prior to Nov. 1977 for it to be a First Edition it only requires that no mention of additional printing be shown.
