For your consideration this pretty Pre-War German Handled Decorative Plate. One large rose surrounded by a floral background. The porcelain has a lovely raised design and the decorations are primarily pinks, greens, and browns, with a white base. The border is green with some minor paint loss and the plate has no nips, chips, cracks, or repairs with some vintage loss to decorations (see images). It measures 10" in diameter. A beautiful plate to enhance any spot or collection!
