Item description for Vintage Southwest Pendleton Pattern Tribal Dangle Earrings Handcrafted

This is a pair of vintage handmade artisan southwestern dangle pierced earrings with beads and wire scrolls. The focal piece is hand painted in colors of turquoise, purple lavender, copper and black. I think the material is painted wood in the style of Zuni inlay, although it could possibly be plastic. Dangling from the main earring portion are strands of beads with Turquoise and Amethyst chips or nuggets. This pair of earrings are most likely from the 1990s. Each earring measures approximately 3” long (not counting the ear loop.) The earrings move beautifully as you walk. They are lightweight and comfortable and fun to wear.

These earrings are in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. There is some slight lines or crazing of the paint glaze, but you don’t see it without magnification. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.

These amazing feminine statement earrings will certainly be noticed on whatever occasion you choose to wear them. They would look great for an elegant evening out, or with your favorite pair of jeans for a casual day of shopping.
