Sizing:

The sizing is arrived at by measuring the waist while the elastic is at rest, adding an inch and multiplying by two for the minimum, and, for the maximum value, by measuring the waist with the elastic ast full stretch minus one inch.

Depending on the waist size, the rise and inside legs are at different proportions.
