These handmade mixed metal earrings are curved coils of copper and stainless steel wire hanging from beaded links. Fine gauge copper and stainless steel wire is tightly wrapped to form a coil. The coil is curved and hangs from carefully formed links with metallic glass beads.The ear wires are also handmade out of copper wire. This is a versatile and eye catching design suitable for any occasion.

Copper - I use natural 100% copper wire to create copper jewelry items. It is not treated with a lacquer or wax. Copper naturally oxidizes over time and develops a patina. Some people love that look and some prefer to keep it shiny. Slow the oxidization process by wiping your copper jewelry with a soft clean cloth before and after each use to keep it clean. You can easily clean oxidized copper jewelry and return it to bright and shiny by soaking it in a mixture of lemon juice and salt for 30-60 seconds, rinse with water, and dry. Try it with a penny.
