13H612 is a roller bearing made by Shefford Meade inc cage 9U578. This is also covered under Caterpillar  part number 5M0578 or 5M578 also covered for military applications under NSN 3110-01-079-7030' fits the M915 truck along with many other CAT applications. The inner diameter is around 1.688 x 2.02 OD x 0.988 wide this is a solid powdered metal cage.
