British double-weight glossy "front of house" photograph from the classic 1930's musical biopic, ALEXANDER'S RAGTIME BAND, released in 1938 by 20th Century-Fox and directed by Henry King. This send-up of ragtime song and dance begins in 1915 San Francisco when society boy Roger Grant (Tyrone Power) decides to pursue popular rather than serious music.

The image features a scene inside of a restaurant and depicts (left to right) Louie (Chick Chandler), Stella Kirby (Alice Faye), Alexander (AKA Roger Grant) (Tyrone Power), Davey Lane (Jack Haley), and Jerry Allen (Ethel Merman) all enjoying each other's company. Printed on double-weight glossy stock for the film's original release in the UK/Great Britain, this vintage original "front of house" photograph is in fine condition with a 1.25 in. semi-circular shaped crease on the waist of Chick Chandler; a small chip on the center of the right border; two tiny vertical scratches on the center of the top border; and light signs of wear on the bottom corners. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws.
