A Simplicity 8170…a Girls’ Pants in Two Length’s and Top Sewing Pattern in Size 8, Breast 27.

The pattern is cut and all the pieces are there.  The instructions are there with tanning.  The envelope is in fair vintage condition with tanning, tears, stains, pencil, sticker and split sides.  The envelope flap is still attached but the lower portion was torn off for inventory control.  Copyright 1969.

The original seamstress used pinking sheers a little bit.

Pattern comes in a zip 2 mil. plastic bag and is shipped in an envelope with a cardboard insert.  The zip bag is great for storing the pattern!

Please note that I count the pattern pieces unless factory folded, assess the pattern’s condition and press the pattern as necessary.  You will never purchase a pattern from me with “It looks like it's all there” or ‘Pieces need pressing’.
