Payment & Shipping: Payment is requested within 7 days after the sale ends. Please email if you need to wait and combine other purchases or shipping. We try to estimate the shipping costs as best we can and we will refund the difference if we find the total is higher than we had originally calculated.

International buyers please note: First Class International mail option offers no insurance and shipping can take 4 to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on location. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise below value or declare items as gifts; US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Feedback: If for some reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please email us BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback so we can resolve the problem. We have worked very hard to maintain our feedback and we strive to make sure our customers are completely happy with everything that we sell.

Return Policy: Please contact us before returning. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them and include a copy of your packing slip with the reason for returning. International shipping costs are not refundable.
