They were giving the Free Rolling Chassis & Body away, as a pair, at F1 Indy Car Races around the Pacific Rim & Southern Hemisphere. These particular ones came from Twin Pack #9804. Just about any narrow pan TYCO or Mattel chassis will fit such as an HO, 440, 440-X2, HPX2 etc. great! It never made it to general distribution, but Here it is though to Collect or Race! Sold as is.
