To determine hat size: Wrap a tape measure completely around your head from the back to just above the eyebrows. If you don't have a tape measure, use a string and then place it on a ruler.

Our boutique operates Monday through Friday 9am - 5:00pm PST. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all major holidays. If any purchases or inquires fall on these days of closure, the situation will be handled the following business day. All items are guaranteed to ship within 24 business hours.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Additionally, we are not responsible for any delay due to customs holding on to your package.
Terms of Sale
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
1.) Buyer has forty-eight (48) hours to contact us after you have received your item for any issues. Please do not contact us after 48 hours as it will NOT be honored.
2.) Item MUST be returned (post marked) within thrity (30) days after contact about issue.
3.) Item MUST be in UNUSED (unworn) condition and with ALL tags still attached (shipped back in same condition as sent).
4.) Shipping BOTH WAYS will be the responsibility of the BUYER.
