Up for bid is a signed lithograph (?) of a Victorian lady.  I believe from the look that it is a lithograph from the way the side of the picture looks.  It is signed in pencil by Ernest Slamp and numbered XXX (30?).  It is underglass, and the frame is not old, but still a beautiful art work.  Leave it as is or change the frame out, either way a beautiful piece.  Measures 22 1/2" x 28" and is 1" in depth.
