This is a Disney Epcot Center Mickey Mouse plastic figurine in used but very good condition.  I see no chips or dings in the paint.  The colors are bright and his white gloves are clean.  Mickey is dressed in Uncle Sam/4th of July colors of red, white and blue and his jacket and hatband have stars imprinted on them.  He stands about 3 1/2" tall and has articulated arms, legs, and head.  The bottom of his foot states that he was made in Hong Kong.  I don't know what year this figure was made in, sorry.  The Epcot logo is imprinted on his back.
