This storage bin has never been in a vehicle. It is in very good condition. Minor scuffs or scrapes from storage, if any. It was removed from an assembly line leftover console. (We have the complete consoles available in other listings, as well as wiring harnesses and other parts. Please email if you have questions.) The rest of the console parts are sold separately.
