Used in very good shape is a Norman Rockwell collector plate entitled "Leapfrog." Issued in 1979, by Dave Grossman Creations. This is a Rockwell-inspired rendition and created in bas relief. It's 7 1/2" wide and in excellent condition. Comes with box. No certificate is available.
