For you consideration, a Heisey #4034 Seven Circle cologne, with a #77 Duck stopper. It was made from the years 1929 - 1933 according to the Collector's Encyclopedia of Heisey Glass. It is in Heisey's Moongleam color.  It is almost 4.5 inches tall with the stopper in. The condition is spotless. Any dark spots in photos are just the way the glass reflected in the shot.
