For your consideration, here is a 1968 Calendar Nevada Club Nevada Lodge Smoke Glass Ashtray or Tray. It is in pretty nice shape. I don't think it was ever used as an ashtray. It has a small circular chip on the reverse side, an 1/8 of an inch in diameter. It measures 6 3/4 by 5 inches.
