Adopt from Fathertime:  Roses Floral Pattern Transfer Relish Serving Bowl Dish.

Details: It is 8.5 inches long by up to 4 inches wide. It has a luster finish to it. The bottom is marked Made in Germany. There are three decorative holes on each end. One of these holes was a hairline to the outside edge less then a quarter of a inch. i just noticed it now. I estimate age at ca. 1930
