Up for sale is a piece of painted artwork signed by the artist. 
I cannot read the artist's name looks like Milos something. 

It is dated 99'

The artwork is professionally framed with glass and ready to hang.

The print inside the frame is 18 1/2 x 14 3/4 inches

Framed it measures approximately 19 3/4" wide by 16" high and 1" deep.

This piece is a tropical scene with a waterfall, dolphins, palm trees, sun shining and sea gulls. 

The blue metal frame has some wear on the corners and edges. (please see pictures I tried to show the wear)
