Here is a great knife from G. Sakai in Seki, Japan. G. Sakai makes fine knives for some of the worlds best known knife companies. Their quality is superior as almost everything they make is handmade by some of the most highly skilled craftsmen anywhere.

This is a super example of their workmanship. This is the Wicky Chinu S Bird and Trout knife.
