I have 4 others of the Silver over lay in my store. . This item is a large Bowl, has a Ruffle Rim 
with Silver over lay all around, there is a beautiful Flower and Leaves design, the pattern is Peony.
This item is 12 3/4" wide and 3" high. A bit heavy as it weighs a little over 3 pounds before packing. 
Does have regular wear from age and use. Very minor scratches and please look at picture 6 there
