This is a used Sheng Feng up cut saw with a 18" blade we purchased this saw used at a sale but didn't realize at the time that the machine takes 575 volts and our shop is 220 so we never powered it up so I don't know the operating condition of the saw it has a 7 1/2 HP motor and a 18" blade the motor could be changed out to a lower voltage motor
