This is a full function rebuild and upgrade; we fix all failures with this module including power surge. Other repair shops only know how to fix one problem, so why take the chance on paying them for return shipping if they cannot fix it. More importantly, a high level of soldering skill and equipment is required to replace parts on this fragile circuit board without damaging the copper lands and traces. What often happens is a novice installs all or some of the kit parts damaging the circuit board and introducing additional faults. Another common mistake is that all the kit parts are installed, but all the parts replaced were replacing good parts while missing the faulty part not included in the kit.

After the rebuild is completed on your module we will install it into a television of the same make and model as yours. Then your module will be test played all night, which is typically 12 hours. This is a necessary procedure to burn-in the new parts and to weed out any defects before sending your module back to you.

In addition, we use the latest industrial-military grade technologically advanced semiconductors and passive components in all module rebuild-upgrades, and replace any defective Korean and Chinese parts with American or Japanese designed and or manufactured parts skillfully selected by our electronics engineer. Components are installed using our technologically advanced soldering equipment and silver solder for laser precision accuracy and quality of work.

We use all certified technicians to repair your module under the supervision of our electronics engineer who routs out the reason for early electronics circuit failures. After careful calculations a revision is given to the technician who implements the repair on your module so it will never fail for the same fault in design again. We must receive your circuit board (module) intact without damage from previous repairs or shipping.
