One Lovely Ruffled Art Glass Candy Dish (maker unknown; there are no markings).  

   Red with a clear finger loop on a round base, it measures approximately 2.75" H x 5.5" in diameter.  Graceful ruffled edges.

CONDITION:  Excellent.  Two small flea bite-size chips on the base, likely from manufacture.
