You must be able to provide your own copy or .dmg file for this to work. You will be able to make a bootable usb to perform a fresh install / upgrade / recovery on your mac computer. You will need a usb stick that is at least 16gb, an apple ID Account or your own copy of the mac os install file and a functional mac computer with working usb slots. By buying this item you confirm that you have everything required there will be no refunds for your mistake.
