Chrysanthemum (c1880) Tiffany's luxurious Chrysanthemum silver was designed in 1880 by Charles Grosjean. With its flowing curves, swirling vegetation, meandering tendrils, and exotic blossoming flowers, Chrysanthemum is characteristic of  The Tiffany Style or Art Nouveau, as the naturalistic style is now commonly known. The rich and graceful flowering motifs of Chrysanthemum were undoubtedly influenced by founder Louis Comfort Tiffany. They make Chrysanthemum the most sumptuous of any American pattern.

Masterfully crafted sterling silver Cake Knife measuring 9 1/8" in the pattern Chrysanthemum by Tiffany. This piece features a stunning chrysanthemum motif that flows down the hollow handle and meets the serrated sterling blade. It is not monogrammed and is in excellent condition.
