This is Frigidaire 309201002 911-295-00 250-269-03 Room Air Conditioner Power Board used part. 

This part was removed by HVAC installer from a fully functioning system on February 1st (2020). Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. This part was inspected for proper work by professional HVAC installer before it was removed.
