Here is a vintage home made Barbie sized Dess or Jacket... I'm not sure which. It fits nicer as a dress, I think, but it is open on the back (hospital gown style). I bought this in a lot of mid 70s Barbie items, and am pretty sure it is from the same time. Nice little fringed edges. Made of a heavy denim type material with all of those fantabulous 70s colors!
