This is a vintage MEDICAL STRIKE FORCE AIRPLANE PIN!

In pewter, this airplane pin is marked "Medical Strike Force" on the front.  On the back is etched "DC 10".

It has a post and pinch back.  It comes in the plastic box.

CONDITION: This pin is in pre-owned and vintage used condition. The  back is present and the clasp is in full working order. There is a bit of scratching and finish wear present.  The box shows wear from storage and handling.
