This is a lot of 10 pear shaped lamp-work, bumpy beads.  Some are solid colors and some are translucent colors in shades of yellow, red, blues and greens.  

 
They weigh about 6 grams each, they are 19 mm in length, smaller top of bead 10mm in width gradually increasing to 15mm at the largest point on the bottom. This gives you that pear shape overall.
