Sold as tested to make sure all the parts are there. These are part of a large cull stock from an old distributor. They came BULK and we tested them briefly on a 20V transformer to make sure they started.

Please note: these are odd old chassis originally mated to 4-wire controllers which actuated its light feature. The Speed shifter and Cats Eyes are very similar. They are sometimes polarity specific to say they run in one direction, but not the 'other.' As with all 50 year old toys, they would benefit from an overall cleaning and tweaking. They are Very cool, but buyers should beware.
