These buttons are 4 hole genuine bone buttons.  They are on a card that appears original although they are held onto the card with tape.  Each button is slightly larger than a dime.  I believe this type of button was used on underwear.  There are 12.  They probably could stand to be cleaned which I will leave to the buyer.  They have been in a smoke free home with my button collection.
