This is done at the factory to signify a title that is no longer being manufactured, so this is a deleted title that is now Out Of Print, making this set an instant collectors item.

TWO UNDERCOVER ANGELS: Here Janine Reynaud is a private eye who uses the imprint of her rouged lips as a trademark. Together with her equally seductive sidekick (Rossana Yanni) she pursues an eyepatch-wearing artist (Adrian Hoven) who abducts young women and sketches them while they are being killed by his brutish ape-man assistant.

He then transforms them into statues by encasing the bodies in plaster, 'Bucket of Blood' (1959) style. Jess Franco exceeds the usual limitation of seediness with an emphasis on the tormented element of his voyeur-artist's obsession. As usual with Franco, the dialogue here is both relentless and risable, although Jerry Van Rooyen's score restores some interest to the soundtrack.

KISS ME MONSTER: Resurrects the heroines of the earlier film collectively known as "The Red Lips." A free-wheeling, nonsensical espionage satire that finds Regina (Janine Reynaud) and Diana (Rossana Yanni) pulled into a new adventure when a messenger is knifed on the doorstep while delivering a musical score. Putting their two brains together (and still coming up short), our Bondian bimbettes decode the clues hidden in the music and travel to an island in the Carribean, where they pose as exotic dancers while foiling a mad scientist's bid to repopulate the world with supermen.

If you've ever wondered where Franco's head was at during the Summer of Love, look no further; this movie takes his satirical, movie buff, film vocabulary into the fourth dimension, with a heightened color palette, sex appeal, rock 'n roll, and psychedelia. Adrian Hoven and Michael Lemoine also star, and Franco himself--looking like the tie-died Severn Darden of Barcelona--can be seen in a delightful cameo as yet another doomed messenger.
