Brand new factory sealed dvd could be a flipper disc as it contains both full screen (old school TV) and widescreen (new 16x9 TV) versions of the film. Widescreen version may be letterboxed and newer hi-def owners may have to use your zoom mode.

Bad news is the dvd hub on the inside is broken and both the piece and disc are loose inside. Could be taken out and replaced with another case.

Schwarzenegger plays a tough Russian cop who follows a criminal to Chicago and teams up with Belushi as a Chicago slob who knows more about clout than glasnost. The odd couple of law enforcement, "Iron Jaw" (Schwarzenegger) who would rather die than bend and Detective Art Ridzik (Belushi) who would rather bend than die are hot on the trail of Russia's deadliest drug smuggler throughout the mean streets of Chicago.

The two of them have to placate the hard-boiled chief of detectives (Peter Boyle), who issues stern warnings when they violate departmental procedures. The film is punctuated by a great deal of violence, although most of it is comic-book style instead of being truly gruesome.

This is not the first film about a couple of very differant cops, but as the formula goes, this is a superior example.
