Here we have a very cute, mini skirt in a tropical/Hawaiian print. The colors are priarily black with neon green and blue mixed in. The waist has about a 3" smocking along with a string belt that has cute little beads at the ends. This is mostly for decoration and doesn't serve much function. This skirt is adorable with leggings! It has no lining and is not sheer.

The size is a misses medium with measurements of 28-30", or more. It could be stretched up to 34" without compromising the smocking. Hip measurement is a max of 36". The length is approximately 17". It is 100% washable rayon, and is in excellent used condition with no rips, tears, fading, or stains. Colors may be darker or more vibrant than the picture shows.
