These whimsical children's placemats feature a "sailor" bear with telescope in hand, in front of a sign advertising "trips round the bay."  The rest of the background has every type of marine "life" such as seahorses, starfish, shells, lighthouses, etc.  Artist unknown.  They're laminated on the front and have a cork backing.

This is a set of 3 placemats and they measure 15.5" wide and 11.5" tall. Weight 2 lbs, 9 oz.  Pre-owned but no signs of wear or tear.
