This is a very rare Libbey Tara soda glass in 13 ounce size. Many use these type of glasses for sundaes and parfaits. These are nearly impossible to find anymore. Great quality, and in excellent condition. It stands 7 1/4" tall x 3 1/2 inches wide at the mouth x 2 15/16 inches at the bottom rim.
What makes these glasses so unique is the fact that it has a very heavy solid glass bottom. The ribbed design starts at that bottom and works its way all the way to the top and gradually gets wider. When it reaches the top it turns into a scalloped design right under the lip. This piece does not sit on a pedestal like more of the soda glasses do.
